ILLUSTRATOR's BIOGRAPHY

Mai Ngo is a Hanoi based illustrator. She was born in 1994 and raised in a small family of five members. Mai graduated from Hanoi Architectural University with a bachelor of Architect two years ago. However, she found herself passionate about making picture books and made a big decision to become a book illustrator instead of an architect. Mai is now working in a small illustration studio that is full of picture books and grumpy cats.

Evelyn Ghozalli has illustrated more than 80 children's books stories under the pseudonym EorG. In 2009, she founded KELIR, an Indonesian Children's Book Illustrators Community where she develops programs to enhance fellow illustrator's skill and networking. Taman Bermain dalam Lemari, Ahmad dan Domba Kecilnya and The Chair are her award-winning books, including her debut work as an author, entitled Suatu Hari di Museum Seni.

Naafi was born and grew up in Solo, Central Java. Currently she lives in Surabaya, East Java. She loves to draw so much especially for children's illustrations. Her love and passion for illustration has led her to now teach Visual Communication Design (DKV) at Institute of Sains and Technology Terpadu Surabaya (ISTTS). She also works as a freelancer illustrator for children's story books. She has illustrated more than 70 books, some of which have been published on Amazon.

Andina Subarja has been a children's book illustrator since 2013, and have been working along with multiple publisher and children organization. She lives in Jakarta with her husband and her plastic cacti. She's bad at math, but excel in nap. Her book including SIRAMA-RAMA, a Room to Read project. She is also the author and illustrator of KEJUTAN KUNGKANG.

Ratna Kusuma Halim is a children’s book author/illustrator who lives with her husband, two daughters, and several pets in Tangerang, Indonesia. She has always liked to draw and tell stories since she was young. Her siblings were her first audience. Now she shares her love in children’s literature through her sweet stories and illustrations. Her inspirations come from kids and animals in her daily life.
